Side Effects
As with all medicines and drugs, there are some side effects associate with taking viagara. These are usually mild and the frequency of the side effects decreases over time as your body adapts.
The most common side effects include:

Headaches

Flushing to the face

A blocked nose

Digestive disturbances after eating
Less frequently, visual disturbances are experienced, including blurred vision or a blue tinge, or being unusually sensitive to light.
If you experience a sudden change in your vision or experience any loss of vision they you should stop taking Viagara immediately and inform your doctor.
Other less common side effects include:

Pain in the bladder

Going for a wee more often

Pain when weeing

Discoloured urine

Dizziness
-
Diarrhea
Note that if you have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours you should seek urgent medical attention as an erect penis that does not subside can damage the penis itself.
Viagara should not be taken with any other medicine containing nitrates. This could lead to blood pressure becoming dangerously low.
Also lower doses of viagara should be taken when taking a drug that belongs to the family of Protease Inhibitors. This includes drugs such as Lopinavir, Viracept, Fortovase and Crixivan. Men who are currently taking Protease Inhibitors should start on a dose no higher than 25mg and a maximum of 50mg under medical supervision.
